Visits from Helmutt are free for Florida residents. Outside Florida, there is a $75.00 fee to cover shipping and handling of the costume.

You must be 18 or older to fill out and submit the request form for bringing Helmutt to your area. In addition, you must have a group of 30 or more children who will attend his appearance.

You can download the required forms in pdf format (see links below). Please print and fill out the Request Form completely, sign and submit either by fax or mail at least 20 days prior to the requested appearance date.
